1Add 2 lbs of your favorite ground meat to a mixing bowl.
2Add a half of an onion, diced, a half a cup of whole milk, a half a cup of your favorite fancy ketchup, one cup of crushed Ritz crackers, two packets of onion soup mix, two whole eggs, and parsley if you have it.

8Whisk the glaze until it's all beautifully combined.
9Pour the glaze right on top of your loaf and spread it out to cover the whole thing.
10Put the lid on and set your crock pot to low for 6 to 8 hours or until it's done.
11Once cooked, take the lid off.
12Serve in a bowl with some meatloaf and some veggies.
