Add 7 chicken thighs, carrots, celery, onion, and chicken broth to a crockpot.

Add one packet of Au Jus Gravy and half a packet of Slow Cooker Savory Pot Roast seasoning.

Season with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and paprika.

Mix all ingredients well in the crockpot.

Add a little more seasoning on top.

Add a few pads of butter on top of the chicken and vegetables.

Cook on high for 3 and a half hours.

Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a skillet on medium heat for the mac and cheese.
