Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds.

Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and black pepper; cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce is sticky and coats the beef.

Serve the beef over hot jasmine rice with sliced cucumber, green onions, and a drizzle of spicy mayo.

1 tsp fresh ginger
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 cup jasmine rice
1 whole cucumber
green onions (optional)
1/4 cup mayo
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tsp sesame oil
