3Start cooking the gnocchi in 2 tablespoons of boiling salted water.
4Melt butter in a hot pan.
5Add the crushed garlic and tomato puree and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
6Add the cocktail tomatoes, season with salt, pepper and chili flakes, and cook until they start to sauce, about 2-3 minutes.
7After adding the baby spinach, pour in the chicken broth, unsweetened whipped cream, grated parmesan, oregano, basil and parsley to adjust the final taste.
8Add the drained gnocchi to the sauce and cook until thickened, about 6-8 minutes over medium heat.
9As a last step, melt the sliced mozzarella in the oven.

Tips
