Directions

  1. 1Add 4-5 oz of cooked chicken to a bowl.
  2. 2Add 1/2 cup of cottage cheese to the bowl. Blend it beforehand for a smoother texture.
  3. 3Add 1 tsp of fajita seasoning.
  4. 4Add 2-3 TBS of salsa verde.
  5. 5Add 1-2 TBS of cheese.
  6. 6Mix all the ingredients together.
  7. 7Top with more cheese.
  8. 8Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
  9. 9Serve with bell peppers and Quest protein chips.
