Deep Fried Spam Stack Sandwich
Directions
- 1Cut the bread in half.
- 2Layer bread, cheese, and ham until you have a tall stack.
- 3Spread mayonnaise on top of the stack.
- 4Crush the potato chips using a meat mallet.
- 5Wrap each hot dog in a few pieces of bacon.
- 6Melt the butter and mix it with garlic, parsley, and paprika.
- 7Cut the Spam into thin slices.
- 8Cook bacon-wrapped hot dogs in melted butter in a frying pan.
- 9Combine the crushed Cheetos to make a mix of red and orange crumbs.
- 10Dip the Spam stack into the egg mixture, then coat it with the Cheetos crumbs.
- 11Deep fry the Spam stack until golden brown.
- 12Cut and serve.

- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 party size bag Lay's Barbecue flavored potato chips
- 4 pieces Ideal Classic Beef hot dogs
- 10 slices bacon
- 1 stick butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch dried parsley
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1 can Spam
- 2 pieces eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 bags Cheetos
