1Chop the onions and peppers into about the same size, and roughly chop the broccoli into decent sized pieces.
2Add all the chopped veggies to a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir until well coated.
3Pour the seasoned veggies onto a large sheet pan sprayed with cooking spray and slide them to one side.
4Chop the chicken into bite-sized cubes.
5Add the chicken to the same bowl and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Add some Teriyaki sauce and stir until well coated.
6Add the seasoned chicken to the other side of the sheet pan.
7Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20-25 minutes.
8Once cooked, pour off any extra liquid and broil for a few minutes if desired.
9Stir the chicken and veggies together, then top with a little more Teriyaki sauce and chopped green onions.
