High Protein Chicken Shawarma Loaded Fries

Directions

  1. 1Slice 1000g of raw potatoes into fry shapes.
  2. 2Spray the sliced potatoes with olive oil spray.
  3. 3Add 2 tsp smoked paprika, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp black pepper, and 1 1/2 tsp salt to the potatoes.
  4. 4Mix well to coat the potatoes with the seasonings.
  5. 5Oven bake the fries at 200°C for 25-30 minutes, or air fry at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
  6. 6Get 1000g of boneless, skinless chicken thigh fillets.
  7. 7Add 2 tsp smoked paprika, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp all spice, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp cayenne, 1 tsp oregano, and 1 1/2 tsp salt to the chicken.
  8. 8Add 100g of 0% Greek yogurt, the juice of 1 lemon, and 2 tsp of honey to the chicken.
  9. 9Mix the chicken and marinade well to coat.
  10. 10Set the marinated chicken on a tray.
  11. 11Oven bake the chicken at 200°C for 20-25 minutes, or air fry at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
  12. 12For the garlic white sauce, mix 125g of 0% Greek yogurt, 60g of light mayo, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp honey, and 1/2 lemon juice.
  13. 13Add salt and pepper to taste to the sauce.
  14. 14Add 60-80ml of water to the sauce for the perfect consistency.
  15. 15Once the chicken is cooked, slice it into strips.
  16. 16Load a plate with crispy fries, then add the sliced chicken.
  17. 17Add various pickles (pickled red onions and gherkins) on top of the chicken and fries.
  18. 18Drizzle a generous amount of creamy garlic sauce over the loaded fries.
  19. 19Garnish with parsley.
  20. 20Box up the extra fries, pickles, chicken, and garlic sauce into separate meal prep containers.
  21. 21Store the meal prep containers in the fridge and reheat when ready to eat.
