Start by slicing the yellow bell pepper into rings.

Then cut a red bell pepper into rings too.

Also slice up a green bell pepper into rings.

Remove the inner parts of the bell pepper rings.

In a pan, add some olive oil.

Add some chives to taste.

Also, add some parsley to taste.

Add 200 grams of chopped champignon mushrooms.

Give it a good stir.

Add a teaspoon of salt.

Add half a teaspoon of black pepper.

Add a teaspoon of thyme.

Add a teaspoon of garlic powder.

Mix it all together until it's fully combined.

Transfer the mixture into a bowl and mix again.

Add 100 grams of grated parmesan.

Add a little more parsley.

Add 300 grams of chopped chicken breast.

Add one egg.

Add another teaspoon of salt.

Keep mixing until it all comes together.

Add one cup of wheat flour.

Give it another mix.

Back to the pan, add a bit of olive oil.

Place the pepper rings in the pan to fry.

Fill each ring with the mixture you made earlier.

Flip the rings to cook the other side.

After frying everything, remove the extra oil and transfer them to a plate.
