Stuffed Bell Peppers

Directions

  1. 1Start by slicing the yellow bell pepper into rings.
  2. 2Then cut a red bell pepper into rings too.
  3. 3Also slice up a green bell pepper into rings.
  4. 4Remove the inner parts of the bell pepper rings.
  5. 5In a pan, add some olive oil.
  6. 6Add some chives to taste.
  7. 7Also, add some parsley to taste.
  8. 8Add 200 grams of chopped champignon mushrooms.
  9. 9Give it a good stir.
  10. 10Add a teaspoon of salt.
  11. 11Add half a teaspoon of black pepper.
  12. 12Add a teaspoon of thyme.
  13. 13Add a teaspoon of garlic powder.
  14. 14Mix it all together until it's fully combined.
  15. 15Transfer the mixture into a bowl and mix again.
  16. 16Add 100 grams of grated parmesan.
  17. 17Add a little more parsley.
  18. 18Add 300 grams of chopped chicken breast.
  19. 19Add one egg.
  20. 20Add another teaspoon of salt.
  21. 21Keep mixing until it all comes together.
  22. 22Add one cup of wheat flour.
  23. 23Give it another mix.
  24. 24Back to the pan, add a bit of olive oil.
  25. 25Place the pepper rings in the pan to fry.
  26. 26Fill each ring with the mixture you made earlier.
  27. 27Flip the rings to cook the other side.
  28. 28After frying everything, remove the extra oil and transfer them to a plate.
