3In a large skillet, cook 1 lb ground beef with 1 chopped onion. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
4Once beef is cooked, drain grease and add 1 tbsp minced garlic.
5Add 2 (24 oz) jars marinara sauce and 1/2 cup heavy cream to the skillet; stir and turn off heat.
6Pour half the cooked pasta into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Add half the meat sauce, then dollop 12 oz ricotta cheese over the pasta.
7Top with half the mozzarella cheese.
8Add remaining pasta and meat sauce.
9Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
10Bake at 375 degrees F for about 30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
