Slice and then dice some bell peppers. You can use any type of bell pepper.

Cut Andouille sausages into slices or dice them up.

Cook the Andouille sausages in a pan to create flavor at the bottom of the pan.

Remove cooked sausages from the pan and set aside.

Add ground beef to the pan and cook, breaking it up.

Drain the cooked ground beef to remove excess oil.

Add diced peppers and onions to the pan.

Season the peppers and onions with salt and garlic pepper, and allow them to sweat down.

Add two cans of baked beans to a baking pan.

Add the drained ground beef to the baking pan.

Add the cooked peppers and onions to the baking pan.

Add the cooked sausages to the baking pan.

Mix all ingredients in the baking pan until well combined.

Season the mixture with garlic pepper, salt, brown sugar, mustard, and barbecue sauce.

Add a few drops of liquid smoke to the mixture for smokiness.

1 Tbsp mustard
2 Tbsp BBQ sauce
to taste salt
2 Tbsp garlic pepper
5 drops liquid smoke

Tips
Be sure to drain your ground beef to avoid excess oil in your food.
