1Grab your diced chicken breast, add the seasonings (salt, onion powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder), add a bit of olive oil, and mix it all together.
2Cook the chicken on medium heat for 4 minutes on each side.
3Once it’s cooked, take it off the heat and add a bit of honey and reduced sugar or sugar free barbecue sauce and mix well to combine.
4Start cooking your pasta.
5To a pan on medium heat, add fat free evaporated milk, light cream cheese and chicken stock powder.
6Add some light cheddar cheese and keep mixing until it’s smooth and creamy.
7Add your cooked and drained pasta and keep mixing.
8Divide the honey barbecue chicken and mac and cheese into four equal servings.
