Directions

  1. 1Over high heat, add oil to the pan.
  2. 2Crack and fry eggs. Add salt and chili flakes.
  3. 3Fry Tender Juicy hotdogs until bright red. Add a splash of water while frying.
  4. 4Wipe the pan.
  5. 5Add hot water, instant noodles, and cook according to package directions.
  6. 6Take off some water from the noodles. Add the noodles seasoning, mozzarella cheese, fried eggs, and hotdogs.
  7. 7Add green onions.
  8. 8Enjoy!

  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch chili flakes
  • 3 pcs Tender Juicy hotdogs (Chili)
  • 3 pcs Tender Juicy hotdogs (Chili Cheese)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pack instant noodles
  • 1 pack noodles seasoning
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon green onions
