4Once onions are deeply golden, stir in minced garlic and all seasonings (paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning) and let bloom for a minute.
5Add chili crisp and sauté for one minute.
6Pour in the room temperature cream or coconut milk and let it simmer for a few minutes.
7Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir.
8Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
9Use the reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce if needed, aiming for a silky consistency.
10Serve hot with an extra spoon of chili crisp and fresh parsley if desired.
