Cabbage Bread Hot Dog
Directions
- 1Shred 150g of cabbage using a grater.
- 2In a bowl, mix the shredded cabbage with 2 eggs, salt, and pepper.
- 3If the mixture doesn't foam, add another egg and whisk until it foams.
- 4In an oiled frying pan, cook the cabbage mixture into a hot dog-sized pancake.
- 5Cook the sausage in the same pan.
- 6Flip the cabbage pancake when one side is cooked.
- 7Once both sides are cooked, place the pancake on a cutting board.
- 8Make an incision in the pancake and insert the sausage.
- 9Add ketchup, mustard, and pickles on top of the sausage.
- 10Close the pancake to form a hot dog.
