Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies
Directions
- 1Put dark brown sugar in a bowl.
- 2Add white sugar to the bowl.
- 3Place butter in a pot.
- 4Brown the butter.
- 5Stir the browning butter with a wooden spoon.
- 6Pour the browned butter into the bowl with the sugars.
- 7Mix the butter and sugars.
- 8Add one egg to the mixture.
- 9Add vanilla extract to the mixture.
- 10Mix all the wet ingredients together.
- 11Add flour to the mixture.
- 12Add baking soda.
- 13Add salt.
- 14Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a dough forms.
- 15Add chocolate chips to the dough.
- 16Add more chocolate chips to the dough.
- 17Add even more chocolate chips to the dough.
- 18Mix the chocolate chips into the dough.
- 19Scoop dollops of Nutella onto a parchment-lined pan.
- 20Freeze the Nutella dollops.
- 21Place scoops of cookie dough onto a parchment-lined baking pan.
- 22Flatten the cookie dough.
- 23Place a frozen Nutella dollop on each flattened cookie dough.
- 24Roll the cookie dough around the Nutella to enclose it.
- 25Bake the cookies at 350°F (175°C).
- 26Take the cookies out after 15 minutes.
- 27Let the cookies cool.
- 28Drizzle melted chocolate over the cooled cookies.
