2 Ounces dark chocolate
50 g dark chocolate

7 g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp Sugar
15 g Sugar
Pinch Salt
0.5 tbsp Cornstarch
5 g Cornstarch
cold milk
Equipment
sauce pan

Tips
The finer the chocolate is chopped, the faster it will melt into the hot milk.
Dairy milk is the preferred choice as it is more indulgent than other milks.
To avoid lumps, create a slurry with the milk before adding it to the sauce pan.
The cornstarch is optional.
