Directions

  1. 1Put in the egg yolk.
  2. 2Start the mixer.
  3. 3Add minced garlic.
  4. 4Add sea salt.
  5. 5Transfer avocado oil into a smaller container for easier pouring.
  6. 6Keep pouring avocado oil into the mixer until it's all used.
  7. 7Turn down the mixer a little.
  8. 8Check the consistency of the mayo.
  9. 9Add freshly squeezed lime juice.
  10. 10Let the mixture continue to go in the mixer.
