Garlic Fire Oil

Directions

  1. 1Submerge a mason jar in a pot full of water and bring to a boil.
  2. 2Heat the olive oil to 350°F.
  3. 3Carefully remove the mason jar from the water with tongs. Ensure no water is left in the jar.
  4. 4Add the red pepper, jalapenos, and garlic to the jar.
  5. 5Carefully pour in the hot oil.
  6. 6Allow to completely cool and infuse for at least 2-3 hours.
  7. 7Strain the oil once cooled and serve.

Tips

  • Once filtered, the olive oil will last about one month.
  • No refrigeration needed.
  • We leave the garlic cloves whole for a lighter garlic flavor. However, coarsely chopping the cloves will increase the garlic intensity.
