3Heat a pan over medium heat. Sear the tofu for 2-3 minutes per side until slightly crisp.
4Place a strip of nori on a clean surface. Shape 1/2 cup of rice into a compact rectangle. Layer a slice of smoked tofu on top. Wrap the nori around the musubi, sealing it with a bit of water.
