Directions

  1. 1En una olla lenta, ponemos la lengua.
  2. 2Añadimos un tomate en cuartos, cebolla en cuartos, aceite de oliva, sal, un chile colorado, orégano, perejil seco, cuatro ajos, un chorrito de vinagre, unas hojas de laurel, pimienta entera y chiltepin.
  3. 3Acomodamos todo en el fondo de la olla.
  4. 4Incorporamos un chile anaheim y un chile güero.
  5. 5Añadimos un vaso de agua, tapamos y dejamos cocinar por 9 horas.
  6. 6Despues de 9 horas sacamos la lengua de la olla.
  7. 7Desmenuzamos la lengua.
  8. 8Preparamos los tacos: lengua, repollo, cilantro, cebolla morada, chile serrano, chile güero, salsa verde, salsa roja y limón.

  • 1 chorrito aceite de oliva
  • 1 al gusto sal
  • 1 chile colorado
  • 1 pizca orégano
  • 1 pizca perejil seco
  • 4 ajo
  • 1 chorrito vinagre
  • 1 hojas de laurel
  • 1 pimienta entera
  • 1 chiltepin
  • 1 chile anaheim
  • 1 chile güero
  • 1 vaso agua
  • 1 cebolla morada
  • 1 chile serrano
  • 1 cilantro
  • 1 salsa verde
  • 1 salsa roja
  • 1 limón
