1Make the dry rub by mixing brown sugar, coarse salt, chipotle powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and oregano in a small bowl
2Remove the membrane that's behind the rib.
3Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.
4Rub the ribs with liquid smoke, then the dry rub on each side of the ribs.
5Wrap the ribs in two pieces of foil.
6Add cherry coke to the foil.
7Close the foil tightly.
8Let them rest for one hour
9Put the ribs in the oven at 275 degrees and allow them to bake for 1.5 hours.
10Carefully open the ribs.
11Add honey, brown sugar, and butter to each rack
12Cover them again.
13Return it back in the oven and allow it to continue baking for another 1.5 hours.
14Unwrap the ribs, then drizzle with your favorite barbecue sauce, and brush it
15Take it back to the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
16After 30 minutes, get the ribs out of the oven and allow them to rest.
