Shred the crab sticks.

Slice some green onion.

Break up cooked salmon.

Add in crab, green onion, softened cream cheese, sriracha, and Kewpie mayo.

Mix until just combined and set aside.

Combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt and heat in the microwave to dissolve.

Add hot white rice to a bowl and mix in the rice seasoning in two sessions.

Set the seasoned rice aside.

Grease a baking pan with a little bit of sesame oil.

Add the seasoned rice for the bottom layer.

Sprinkle furikake over the rice layer.

Layer the salmon and crab mixture on top of the furikake.

Even out the top layer and bake.

While baking, mix Kewpie mayo and sriracha for drizzling.

After baking, drizzle on the spicy mayo and unagi sauce.

Top with more furikake and green onions.
