2Add potatoes into an air fryer with light cooking spray, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3Air fry potatoes at 390 degrees for 20 minutes.
4Finally chop up a white onion.
5Cook the onion in a hot skillet until it gets nice and golden brown.
6Add lean ground beef to the skillet.
7Once the meat is brown, add taco seasoning and bone broth.
8Let the meat cook until it is fully cooked.
9For the creamy chipotle red pepper sauce, add non-fat Greek yogurt, chipotle pepper in adobo, adobo sauce, roasted red bell pepper, lime juice, honey, fresh cilantro, and a pinch of salt into a blender.
10Blend the sauce until it is nice and smooth.
11Divide everything into four equal servings.
