Creamy Chicken Pasta

Directions

  1. 1Put two pounds of chicken in the bottom of the Crockpot.
  2. 2Season the chicken with Mrs. Dash onion and herb blend, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
  3. 3Add minced garlic on top of the chicken.
  4. 4Add a jar of marinara sauce. Add a splash of water to the empty jar, shake it up, and add it to the Crockpot.
  5. 5Add a jar of Alfredo sauce. Add a splash of water to the empty jar, shake it up, and add it to the Crockpot.
  6. 6Cook on high for three to four hours or on low for four to five hours.
  7. 7Remove the chicken from the Crockpot, give it a rough chop, and stir it back into the sauce.
  8. 8Stir in one pound of cooked rotini or your preferred pasta.
  9. 9Top with Parmesan cheese and eight ounces of mozzarella cheese.
  10. 10Put the lid back on for about 15 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.

Tips

  • You can use as much garlic as your heart tells you to.
  • Shake the jars to get all the sauce out.
  • Cook on high for three to four hours or on low for four to five hours.
  • Remove chicken, rough chop, and stir back in.
  • Add cooked pasta and stir.
  • Top with cheeses and let melt for 15 minutes.
