- 1Add a can of drained black beans and a can of sweet corn to your crockpot.

- 9Sprinkle about half a packet of taco seasoning over the chicken breasts.
- 10Cut a brick of cream cheese in half and place the halves on top of the ingredients.
- 11Place the lid on the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- 12Remove the cooked chicken from the crockpot and place it in a bowl.
- 13Shred the chicken using a hand mixer or preferred method.
- 14Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot.
- 15Mix all ingredients well, ensuring the cream cheese is fully incorporated.
- 16Serve the chili in a bowl.
- 17Add a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of cheese on top.
