Stir all the ingredients in the crockpot thoroughly.

Nestle two large chicken breasts into the mixture, pressing them in gently but firmly.

Sprinkle about half a packet of taco seasoning over the chicken breasts.

Cut a brick of cream cheese in half and place the halves on top of the ingredients.

Place the lid on the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
