Directions

  1. 1Crush 39 golden Oreo cookies in a food processor to create both the crust and the crumble topping.
  2. 2Pour half of the crushed Oreos into a large bowl to be used for the crust.
  3. 3Add 1/4 cup of melted butter to the crushed Oreos for the crust.
  4. 4Mix the butter into the crushed Oreos until combined and a crust-like formation is achieved.
  5. 5Press the Oreo and butter mixture firmly into the bottom of a pie dish.
  6. 6Set the pie crust aside.
  7. 7In another bowl, add one block of cream cheese and 1/4 cup of granulated sugar.
  8. 8Beat the cream cheese and sugar with a mixer until creamy.
  9. 9Set the cream cheese mixture aside.
  10. 10Blend three cups of frozen strawberries in a blender until smooth.
  11. 11Add the blended strawberries to the cream cheese mixture.
  12. 12Mix the strawberry and cream cheese mixture with the mixer until well combined.
  13. 13Set the strawberry cream cheese mixture aside.
  14. 14In a separate measuring cup, add 1.5 cups of whipping cream and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  15. 15Whip the cream and vanilla extract with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
  16. 16Gently fold the fresh whipped cream into the strawberry cream cheese mixture.
  17. 17Pour the strawberry cream cheese and whipped cream filling into the prepared Oreo pie crust.
  18. 18Take the remaining crushed Oreos (the other half from earlier).
  19. 19Add one pack of strawberry Jell-O to the remaining crushed Oreos for color.
  20. 20Mix the Jell-O through the Oreo crumbs until you get a pretty strawberry shortcake color and crumble consistency.
  21. 21Add 1/4 cup of melted butter to the strawberry Oreo crumble.
  22. 22Work the melted butter into the crumble until it reaches the desired consistency.
  23. 23Sprinkle the strawberry shortcake crumble generously over the top of the pie.
  24. 24Freeze the pie overnight, or at least 8 hours.
  25. 25Serve the frozen pie. For easier serving, take it out about 20 minutes before to soften slightly.
