Directions
- 1Make criss-cross cuts on the hot dog.
- 2Cook the hot dog in a pan.
- 3Add mayonnaise to a bowl.
- 4Add cream cheese to the bowl.
- 5Melt butter in a pan.
- 6Add corn to the pan with melted butter and cook until browned.
- 7Add the cooked corn to the bowl with mayonnaise and cream cheese.
- 8Add Parmesan cheese to the mixture.
- 9Sprinkle Tajín over the mixture.
- 10Mix all ingredients in the bowl until well combined.
- 11Place the cooked hot dog in a hot dog bun.
- 12Drizzle sauce over the hot dog.
- 13Spoon the elote mixture on top of the hot dog.
- 14Garnish with chopped chives.
