Directions

  1. 1Make criss-cross cuts on the hot dog.
  2. 2Cook the hot dog in a pan.
  3. 3Add mayonnaise to a bowl.
  4. 4Add cream cheese to the bowl.
  5. 5Melt butter in a pan.
  6. 6Add corn to the pan with melted butter and cook until browned.
  7. 7Add the cooked corn to the bowl with mayonnaise and cream cheese.
  8. 8Add Parmesan cheese to the mixture.
  9. 9Sprinkle Tajín over the mixture.
  10. 10Mix all ingredients in the bowl until well combined.
  11. 11Place the cooked hot dog in a hot dog bun.
  12. 12Drizzle sauce over the hot dog.
  13. 13Spoon the elote mixture on top of the hot dog.
  14. 14Garnish with chopped chives.
