- 10Mix all ingredients in the bowl until well combined.
- 11Place the cooked hot dog in a hot dog bun.
- 12Drizzle sauce over the hot dog.
- 13Spoon the elote mixture on top of the hot dog.
- 14Garnish with chopped chives.
