Chocolate Peanut Butter French Toast

Directions

  1. 1Crush 2 cups of Reese's Puffs cereal in a food processor.
  2. 2Combine the crushed cereal with 4 beaten eggs and a half a cup of heavy cream.
  3. 3Set the mixture aside.
  4. 4Cut the crust off of thick-cut Texas toast.
  5. 5Slice the bread in half.
  6. 6Spread chocolate onto one piece of bread.
  7. 7Spread peanut butter onto the other piece of bread.
  8. 8Combine the two pieces of bread to form a sandwich.
  9. 9Submerge the sandwich fully in the beaten egg mixture, making sure it's totally coated and let some of it drip off.
  10. 10Cook each side for roughly 1 minute or until it's golden brown.
  11. 11Toss the cooked French toast in the remaining crushed Reese's Puffs cereal to coat it.
