Twix Cookies
Directions
- 1Mix 115g granulated sugar and 115g butter until fully combined.
- 2Roll the mix into a ball, place on a floured surface and cut into cookie shapes.
- 3Remove excess dough and carefully transfer the cookies to a cookie sheet.
- 4Bake at 170C/150C (fan) for 10 minutes and allow to cool.
- 5Spread 1-2 tsp of tinned caramel on each cookie.
- 6Spread 1 tbsp of melted milk chocolate on top of the caramel.
- 7Smooth it out and refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.
