1Combine ground beef, onion, garlic, molasses, green bell pepper, carrots, celery, rosemary, thyme, eggs, ketchup, panko, milk, smoked paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl.

3Test the seasoning.
4Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
5Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and bake for one hour or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
6Melt butter in a pan.
7Add mushrooms and saute for a few minutes.
8Add onions and garlic and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
9Add beef stock.
10Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl.
11Add to pan with rosemary and thyme.
12Thicken with cornstarch.
13Season with salt.
14Take the meatloaf out of the oven after one hour.
15Let it rest for a few minutes.
16Slice and serve.
