Directions

  1. 1Forrar un molde redondo con papel pergamino.
  2. 2En un bol, mezclar los huevos, el azúcar, la esencia de vainilla, la mantequilla cortada en cubos y la leche.
  3. 3Batir la mezcla con una batidora de mano hasta que esté suave y cremosa.
  4. 4Agregar la harina y mezclar hasta que esté todo integrado.
  5. 5Verter la mezcla en el molde preparado.
  6. 6Hornear a 190 grados durante 70 minutos.

  • 1 cucharada esencia de vainilla
  • 1 litro leche
  • 140 gr harina
