1Heat your mash according to packaging instructions to make it easier to work with.
2Cook broccoli florets until soft.
3Add mash, cooked broccoli, and bacon to a large bowl, along with a hefty amount of salt and pepper; mix until fully combined.
4Add in 60g of cheddar and the mustard, then mix again.
5Taste for seasoning.
6Spray a baking dish with some cooking spray then add in your mash mix, pressing it out with the back of a spoon, being sure to fluff it up at the top to get a little crispy.
7Sprinkle over the mozzarella and remaining cheddar.
8Bake at 180c fan for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and crisp.
9Serve and enjoy.
