Directions
- 1Set a jar on the scale and hit the tare or zero button so it shows zero.
- 2Add 15 grams of calcium citrate to the jar.
- 3Zero out the scale again.
- 4Add 20 grams of magnesium citrate.
- 5Zero out the scale again.
- 6Add 25 grams of potassium chloride.
- 7Zero out the scale again.
- 8Add 30 grams of sea salt.
- 9Add 250 grams of sugar.
- 10Shake the mixture very well, ensuring all ingredients from the bottom are incorporated.
- 11To prepare a single serving, take one serving of the homemade mix and one Sunkist peach packet.
- 12Put the mix and the packet into water.
- 13Shake it up until dissolved and ready to drink.

Tips
