Tips
Use any pizza crust you like. Use just enough Parmesan Garlic sauce to coat the chicken; it can be spicy. Shred your own mozzarella for a creamier consistency. Bake bacon in the oven for easy cleanup. Use homemade or jarred Alfredo sauce.
If you have an Aldi, the refrigerated Aldi crust will cover this size sheet pan well. The Parmesan Garlic sauce can be spicy if you use too much. I suggest going light on the sauce and using just enough to coat the chicken. The Alfredo sauce and cheese helps balance out the spice of sauce making it not spicy. I like to shred my own mozzarella cheese from a block for a creamier consistency. I had some leftover bacon from breakfast that I used for this recipe, but you can add as much bacon as you like. I prefer to bake bacon in the oven at 400 degrees F on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper for easy clean up. I used about 1 cup of jarred Alfredo sauce, but you could make it homemade if you prefer
