Tips

  • Use any pizza crust you like. Use just enough Parmesan Garlic sauce to coat the chicken; it can be spicy. Shred your own mozzarella for a creamier consistency. Bake bacon in the oven for easy cleanup. Use homemade or jarred Alfredo sauce.
  • If you have an Aldi, the refrigerated Aldi crust will cover this size sheet pan well. The Parmesan Garlic sauce can be spicy if you use too much. I suggest going light on the sauce and using just enough to coat the chicken. The Alfredo sauce and cheese helps balance out the spice of sauce making it not spicy. I like to shred my own mozzarella cheese from a block for a creamier consistency. I had some leftover bacon from breakfast that I used for this recipe, but you can add as much bacon as you like. I prefer to bake bacon in the oven at 400 degrees F on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper for easy clean up. I used about 1 cup of jarred Alfredo sauce, but you could make it homemade if you prefer
