Toast di zucchine
Directions
- 1Slice zucchine.
- 2Arrange the slices on a baking sheet with parchment paper, forming two rectangles.
- 3Sprinkle with salt, julienne cheese, grated cheese and oil.
- 4Bake in a fan-assisted oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- 5Turn over and fill as desired with spreadable cheese, arugula and fresh tomatoes.

- 40 g formaggio grattugiato
