Grate the zucchini.

Squeeze out the excess water from the grated zucchini.

Add chickpea flour to the grated zucchini.

Season with salt, turmeric, and chili powder.

Mix the zucchini, flour, and spices.

Take some dough and shape it into balls.

Bake the zucchini balls at 200°C/400°F for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Chop the onion.

Heat up some oil in a pan.

Add all the spices (ground coriander, ground cumin, turmeric, chili flakes, garam masala) to the hot oil and roast them.

Add ginger, onion, and garlic to the pan and sauté for a few minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes to the pan.

Add a good pinch of salt.

Stir to combine and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Finish by adding coconut milk.
