Directions

  1. 1Place the pizza dough in a pan.
  2. 2Spread the tomato sauce on the dough.
  3. 3Add olive oil and oregano.
  4. 4Bake the pizza.
  5. 5Chop pistachios.
  6. 6Grate the pecorino romano cheese.
  7. 7Mince garlic and basil leaves.
  8. 8Spread pesto sauce on the pizza.
  9. 9Place the mortadella on the pizza.
  10. 10Add the cheese and pistachios.
  11. 11Add some arugula.
  12. 12Cut the pizza in half to make a sandwich.

  • 100 g tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g pistachios
  • 150 g mortadella
  • 50 g pecorino romano cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 10 basil leaves
