Directions

  1. 1Place two slices of bread on a wooden board.
  2. 2Spread tomato sauce on each slice of bread.
  3. 3Finely chop the green bell pepper and sprinkle it over the sauce.
  4. 4Finely chop the red onion and sprinkle it over the green bell pepper.
  5. 5Add mozzarella cheese, black olives, pizza oregano and pizza chili flakes to the slices of bread.
  6. 6Cook the mini pizzas in a flat pan until golden brown.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 spoonfuls tomato sauce
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 6 black olives
  • 1 pinch pizza oregano
  • 1 pinch pizza chili
