Directions
- 1Add cheddar cheese, cream cheese, spinach, minced garlic, taco seasoning, Rotel tomatoes, green chilies, and evaporated milk to a cast iron skillet.
- 2Bake the mixture in the oven until melted and bubbly.
- 3Stir the mixture well to combine all ingredients.
- 4Add sour cream and mix again.
- 5Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- 6Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
