Directions

  1. 1Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil
  2. 2Add in cherry tomatoes
  3. 3Cook them down with a splash of water and blend until roughly smooth
  4. 4Add cannellini beans
  5. 5Let it simmer
  6. 6Finish with a dollop of soft cheese, fresh basil, pine nuts and olive oil

  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 400 g cannellini beans
  • 1 splash water
  • 1 dollop soft cheese
  • 4 leaves fresh basil
  • 1 handful pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
