Potato and Meat Patties

Directions

  1. 1Boil and mash the potatoes.
  2. 2Add the eggs, flour and salt to the mashed potatoes and mix.
  3. 3Make small patties from the mixture.
  4. 4Add a spoonful of ground meat to each patty and top with cheese.
  5. 5Close the patties.
  6. 6Fry the patties in a pan on both sides until golden.

  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup ground meat
  • 1 handful cheese
