Directions

  1. 1Coat a muffin top pan with nonstick spray.
  2. 2Fill each well with shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. 3Top with a slice of onion.
  4. 4Sprinkle with Tony's Creole seasoning or Italian seasoning.
  5. 5Bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. 6Let cool for 10 minutes to crisp.
  7. 7Pat with paper towels to remove excess grease.
