Directions

  1. 1Wipe off mushrooms. Add butter and green onions to a pan and sauté.
  2. 2Add mushrooms and sauté until translucent.
  3. 3Add flour.
  4. 4Add salt, pepper, chicken maggi cubes, and parsley.
  5. 5Add heavy cream.
  6. 6Add water.
  7. 7Slowly add in the slurry.

  • 0.5 c butter
  • 2 lb mushrooms
  • 3 chopped green onions
  • 0.25 c flour
  • 1 tsp salt & pepper
  • 4 chicken maggi cubes
  • 1 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 cups water
  • 0.25 c slurry
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 0.25 c water
