Directions
- 1Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan.

- 3Add 8 ounces of hot tomatillo avocado salsa.
- 4Add 12 ounces of freshly grated pepper jack cheese.
- 5Add 16 ounces of freshly grated sharp white cheddar cheese.
- 6Add 1 cup of roughly chopped cilantro.
- 7Stir slowly until the cheese is melted.
- 8Add 1.5 cups of half and half.
- 9Continue to stir on low heat until everything is incorporated.
