Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. 2Separate egg yolks and egg whites.
  3. 3Whisk egg whites until they fluff up.
  4. 4In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks with greek yogurt and baking soda.
  5. 5Fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites.
  6. 6Transfer batter into an 8" lined or oiled pan.
  7. 7Bake for 30 minutes.
  8. 8Turn off the oven, open the door slightly and let it cool in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  9. 9Refrigerate a few hours before slicing and topping (if desired).

  • 1.5 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
