Directions
- 1Mix 200g butter with 150g brown sugar.
- 2Add 1 egg.
- 3Incorporate 320 g flour and 1tsp of baking powder.
- 4Knead with your hands until the dough becomes smooth or use a mixer to make it easier.
- 5Add 100 g of chocolate chips.
- 6Divide the dough into two parts.
- 7Spread the first part on the bottom of an 18-20cm pan.
- 8Spread 4 tbsp of chocolate cream on top.
- 9Cover with the remaining dough and sprinkle more chocolate chips on top.
- 10Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 30-40 minutes.
- 11Let it cool slightly before serving!
