Tips

  • Once you taste these dumplings, store-bought will never be the same.
  • The dough is super simple, just wheat flour and hot water.
  • The filling consists of homemade seitan and fresh veggies for a meaty texture and, of course, plenty of seasoning.
  • Wrapping the dumplings is my favourite part.
