Directions

  1. 1Pour melted butter into crushed digestive biscuits.
  2. 2Stir the mixture evenly.
  3. 3Pour the biscuit mixture into a 6-inch mold and compact it.
  4. 4Keep the mold in the refrigerator for later use.
  5. 5Prepare strawberry slices and kiwi fruit carved into leaf shapes.
  6. 6Attach the kiwi leaf shapes to the edge of the mold.
  7. 7Combine cream cheese and granulated sugar.
