Directions

  1. 1Chop 400 grams of russet potato into slender sticks.
  2. 2Soak the potato sticks in cold water for 10 minutes, then dry them off.
  3. 3Season the potato sticks with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  4. 4Air fry the potatoes at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
  5. 5Make the sauce by mixing 80 grams of fat free plain Greek yogurt, 14 grams of light mayo, garlic paste and lemon juice.
